National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence
This Friday 16th March 2012 is National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence.
Cyber bullying has become one of the easiest forms of bullying, hiding behind a computer screen and picking on someone.
Its is also the most cowardly.
Bullying in any shape or form is not cool. It does not make one a hero.
It just makes you a menace and causes unnecessary pain and grief to someone who doesn't deserve it.
NO ONE deserves to be bullied.
For any reason.
Bullying can leave behind scars you cant see. Mental scars which hurt more than physical scars and can take a very long time to heal. IF EVER.
The Courier-Mail, Channel 9 and 97.3FM and the QLD Government have joined together to support the Say NO to Bullying campaign and are asking you to take a pledge to Say NO to Bullying using the app on their Facebook page.
I have :-)
Ask your family and friends to take the pledge!
If you are being bullied dont be afraid to tell someone or ask for help.
